I'm a UX and Insights executive, mother, and coach. Not long ago, I made one of the most intentional decisions of my career in stepping away from corporate leadership to focus my energy on the things I love most: helping people and organizations truly thrive.

I started my career in UX research at Microsoft, then spent nearly a decade at Spotify. I joined as one of the first researchers on the team and eventually lead a global organization of 90 people across user research, data science, and analytics engineering. Most recently, I was a Director of User Research for Search at Google. It's been a career I'm incredibly proud of, built on a love of understanding people.

I've spent years building and scaling research organizations, shaping cultures where data and human insight drive decisions, not just validate them. That experience is what I bring to every conversation.

I coach individuals who are ready to grow or figure out what's next. I also work with organizations that want to build more customer-centered products, teams, and ways of working. In both cases, I show up the same way: direct, experienced, and genuinely invested in your success.

Outside of work, I'm a mom of two, traveler, track and field coach, and a volunteer in Seattle public schools. I've been an athlete my whole life, and I think that shapes how I work. I believe in discipline, continuous growth, and showing up for those around you.
